From Wilmington - Travel south on Route 1 towards Dover/Shore Points. Travel approximately 3 miles past the city of Dover until you reach the base.

The base is 13 miles west at the Emerado exit. After turning off on the exit head north for about a mile.

There will be 2.00 in tolls. Take I-95 North toward Peabody. From Rte I-95 proceed to Exit 30B (visitors/personnel with no DOD vehicle sticker) or Exit 31B (DoD stickers and ID cards).

From the East, take I-85 South, get off at the Day Street exit (exit 171). This leads directly to the front gate at Maxwell, 2-3 miles on the right. From the north, take I-65 South into Montgomery, get off at the Day St exit, (exit 172) and the front gate is approximately 1-2 miles on the right. From the South, take I-65 North, (exit 172). Take Herron Street exit and turn left at 3rd light onto Bell Street and Bell St Gate is approximately 2 miles on right.
McChord AFB - Tacoma, WA South Tacoma, Lakewood + Olympia, Lacey
The base is located off Interstate 5, 10 miles south of Tacoma and 25 miles north of Olympia. Exit I-5 at exit 125 and go east to the base main gate. Use extreme right hand traffic lane to enter the visitor parking area where security forces will provide directions and temporary permission to drive On-Base.
Arriving by air, you will land at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac). A shuttle bus is available to the Passenger Terminal at McChord.
McConnell AFB - Wichita, KS Southeastern edge of Wichita + Park City
To get to the base form the north on the Kansas Turnpike (I-35), use the east Wichita exit, go west a half mile on US 54 (Kellogg Avenue) and turn left on Rock Road. From the south on the Kansas Turnpike, take the K-15 exit, turn right and go north to 31st Street. Turn right and then left at the George Washington Boulevard stop sign. The west gate is approximately half a mile ahead. From Interstate 135, take US 54 (Kellogg Avenue) east to Rock Road and then drive south to the east gate. By air, you will fly to Mid-Continent Airport in Wichita, located on the city's southwest side, approximately 15 miles from McConnell.

At the fourth stoplight, turn left.

If arriving by air, you will land at the Middle Georgia Regional Airport in Macon (about five miles north of Robins AFB), just off Georgia Highway 247. If you are flying into Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta, the trip takes approximately 2 hours. Newcomers who arrive in their vehicles will more than likely be traveling on Interstate 75. Take exit 146, to Georgia Highway 247 Connector (east), and the road will take you directly to the base, about 10 miles.

Located in southwestern Illinois near St. Louis, MO. If flying to Scott, you will arrive at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport in St. Louis, MO. If driving to Scott, there are several routes you can take to get to the base. However, the major highway is Interstate 64. Take I-64 to Exit 19 (Scott AFB) and turn south. Continue straight until you reach the 2nd stoplight (Seibert Road) and turn left toward Shiloh Gate.

Take Clark Avenue west to the California Highway 135 interchange south. Heading 3 miles, Highway 135 joins State Highway 1. Highway 1 forks right and is clearly marked as the Vandenberg exit. You arrive at the Vandenberg Main Gate and Visitor Control Center after a 12-mile drive. From the South, take Highway 101 to the State Highway 1 turnoff, approximately 30 miles north of Santa Barbara. Take Highway 1 northwest 21 miles to Lompoc. Follow the Highway 1 road signs through Lompoc and on to Vandenberg.

Approximately 2-1/2 hours later you have arrived when you see the golf ball shaped tower on the left. This is Naval Air Station Key West, Boca Chica where most operations occur. At mile marker #8 at the information sign reads "N.A.S. Next Exit" - take an immediate right at the off ramp.
I can't find much about Naval Base Norfolk (except EPA stuff). Most refers to Naval Station Norfolk.

Proceed on First Colonial to Virginia Beach Blvd (first stop light), turn left onto Virginia Beach Blvd. Proceed on Virginia Beach Blvd for approximately 1/2 mile. At the first light, turn right onto Oceana Blvd. Follow Oceana Blvd for 4 miles (pass rail road tracks) and exit (veer) right after you pass the Oceana Stables. You are now on Tomcat Blvd, the main road leading to the front gate.
